At Trading Places, we want you to love your home decor, so if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your nearest authorized carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
